It has been a while since I have last posted anything so I will get everyone up to speed on what I am up to. The last time I posted I had just gotten back for England and preparing for the USA indoor championships. For me I think that it went well and the way that I threw while over seas makes me very happy and I was a very good indoor season. Right now I am preparing for a very long and competitive outdoor season. I have just gotten back from the Alabama relays where I threw 71’8 or 21.84, which I think is a very solid start to this season. I may compete in two weeks at a home meet in Athens Georgia and try to break the stadium record. Also with the Alabama relays, Dream Land ribs are the greatest and I am glad that I had my fill while I was there.

I've been reading some things you have said and I don't understand why you don't get it when two strangers took you in and loved you like their own, and you make comments about them wanting you to call them mom and dad, I hope you are not that dumb. But maybe you are they wanted you to call them mom and dad because you are their child they love you just like the ones they had together. Also the comment about your hair and skin well guess what your real mom was white too. Why aren't you giving more credit to your dad I just was looking at some pictures and not one of them had your dad in them. I'm glad you found your mother but you need to realize your real parents are the ones that raised you and loved you through your good times and bad times. Please let both of your adopted parents know that you love them.
