Back Home after some good comps.

Right this second in am in an airport in Shannon Ireland waiting for a flight that is about 7 hours from getting here and you may be asking your self is this man crazy. Well for the people that know me the best they would say no because that is just what Hoffa does. I am going to try to get a picture of the airport and include it on this blog when I am done. In other news I won my first USA outdoor title with a throw of 21.47 (70’5 ¼). It is really cool for me to win, but now I have every American shot putter gunning for me. I will do my best to defend my self all over the world, but I am not superman and somewhere down the line I will fall. I also won ostrava 21.77 (71’5) and cork 21.47 ( see above). So all in all I would have to say that this has been a very good for me and I have not made my way to worlds yet and a win there would put a cherry on top of a very productive season. To all my fans keep on cheering because every little bit helps. Now i am on my way to see my smoken hot wife and prey to baby jesus in his swaddling clothes or ninja jesus who knows.

Getting Back in the swing of things

It has been a while since I have last posted anything so I will get everyone up to speed on what I am up to. The last time I posted I had just gotten back for England and preparing for the USA indoor championships. For me I think that it went well and the way that I threw while over seas makes me very happy and I was a very good indoor season. Right now I am preparing for a very long and competitive outdoor season. I have just gotten back from the Alabama relays where I threw 71’8 or 21.84, which I think is a very solid start to this season. I may compete in two weeks at a home meet in Athens Georgia and try to break the stadium record. Also with the Alabama relays, Dream Land ribs are the greatest and I am glad that I had my fill while I was there.

birmingham

This is my first of many hopeful blogs to let all the fans of the hoffa know what I am up to right now I am very tired and ready to the throw and train while here in Birmingham. I had a wonderful comp. in Spain and hope to carry the success over to the next meet. I would like to thank my incredible hott wife for giving me the ability to blog today and I will see her in less than a week.
